PMC is a non-profit organization based in New York. At present the Association is committed to help organize and fund the Peter K Elkus Master Classes for Singers and Instrumentalists.

Through mutual agreement, PMC works in conjunction with L'ASSOCIATION ART MUSIQUE EUROPÉENNE, a not for profit organization based in Nice. This joint effort combines the interest of both organizations in sponsoring the work of Mr. Elkus, and provides the ability to appeal to private, public and governmental sectors for funds both in the USA and in Europe.
